Comment: This was better than "Ratatouille" or either "Cars" movie. Other than that it was the worst Pixar film.

Comment: I love the sound track but merdia was such a spoiled little brat and would not listen to her mom she was so annoying when she gave the cupcake to turn her mom into a bear I was like " no don't eat it you going to feel bad that you did.

Comment: And you know what the funny thing is? Before I watched this, I had been trying to do a Scottish accent, but failed pretty badly. Then I hear yours...let the jelously start! Joking aside, I liked this review. And, personaly, I think Merida is the most realistic Disney princess so far (I guess you can agrue that it's PIXAR, not DISNEY ANIMATION, but because Disney owns/has a partnership with Pixar, I'll count her on the Disney scale). The reason is because she acts very human by blaming others than herself. Not to mention that she's the first curly haired princess from the disney line-up, and that alone made me appreciate her. Good job, can't wait for the top ten! (No, seriously, I'm super excited to see you bash some films!) P.S: The mispronunciation joke made my day. I do that all the time too, but I pronounce Kenai KEY-NI.

Comment: Loved the Scottish accent! Plus, I am SO GLAD that I wasn't the only one who noticed the "Brother Bear" copying. That was the main reason I didn't care for "Brave".

Comment: Personally, I never thought Pixar has done very original stories but the appeal to them is that they tell these familliar stories while adding a new dimension and fresh and deep characters to the fray. Brave is no exception though I did find the three other kings to be a bit underdeveloped.

Comment: I will never get tired of saying this - but Pixar is the most overrated movie company ever by far. Seen all of their movies except Cars 2 and Brave - and only two of them, I loved; Toy Story and The Incredibles. Then Monsters Inc and Finding Nemo are pretty good, but nothing spectacular. And as for the rest, they are nothing else but decent to me. Toy Story 2 and 3, A Bug's Life, Ratatouille, Wall-E (rather with that one, the first half is great and the second half is just "meh"). Then as for Up and Cars... those two just simply sucks to me. Yes, even Up. I don't care if people loves it - it was painfully pointless to me. The beginning is WAY too dark and harsh for kids (and for me) to be a beginning, the villain is the most obvious villain ever, and the way the movie ends is SO painfully cheesy with how "dramatic" and "emotional" it tries to be. Not to mention, I hate the art direction for the characters. As said, Pixar is overrated. I will not even bother to watch Cars 2 or Brave.

Comment: We need less transformation in animation; it is starting to become a cop-out when ran out of ideas.

Comment: I loved "Brave," and personally I didn't care too much that story-wise they were basically mixing "Brother Bear" with "The Little Mermaid." And yeah, I really liked the witch too (she's right up there with Mama Odie from "The Princess and the Frog" and the Good Fairies from "Sleeping Beauty" on my list of awesome magical old ladies!) Great job, AniMat! PS, I actually really liked your Scottish accent...very believable!

Comment: I agree with Devon on this! It's Tangled meets How to Train Your Dragon. If this movie is a hit, they might do a sequel in which Merida finds her true-love, but this time it would be a wizard boy and the villain would be his uncle.

Comment: Nemo: I've been seriously thinking of doing some voice acting, If only I can find an actual gig to get me going XD MATTHEW: The top 10 will be on soon, and to be honest, I haven't seen 5DS because the concept looks dumb to me, but I love the first series and the card game. The latest I've seen in Yu-Gi-Oh was in the middle of the 4th season of GX

Comment: I went to see "Brave" on opening day and personally, I thought it was Pixar's best film they have ever done since "Toy Story 3". The story was epic and engaging, the characters were memorable and the animation was unbelievably spectacular.
