Comment: Funny you should mention that the story seems better for a short book, cause that's exactly what it was based on. The book was written for children by Berkeley Breathed, creator of Bloom COuntry and Opus the Penguin. It's also interesting to note that this film was directed by Simon Wells, who also did "An American Tail: Fievel Goes West", We're Back: A Dinosaur's Story", "Balto", "Prince of Egypt" and "Time Machine". At least the Na'vi were more appealing than the Martains in this movie. BLEEGGHH!
