Comment: I missed those days when I watched Fox Kids, Kids' WB!, Disney's One Saturday Morning along with my brother when we were kids in the late 1990s to early 2000s. I've watched X-Men, Ironman, Incredible Hulk, Men in Black the series, the Power Rangers series, Superman the animated series, Batman the animated series, Pokemon, Digimon: Digital Monsters, Monster Rancher, Static Shock, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Jackie Chan Adventures, 101 Dalmatians, Doug, Pepper Ann, The Looney Tunes, The Schoolhouse of Rock, The Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Mummies Alive, etc. It was fun to watch back then.

Comment: was sad to see none of the other characters from that show made it into Toy Story 3... Pixar wan not involved with the making of the show, other the animation in the opening of with all the Toy Story characters. So they didn't include any aspects for the show, because it was not art of the Toy Story Canon, and they weren't involved. If it were up to Pixar, the show probably wouldn't have been made. But their contract said Disney could make spinoffs without Piaxar's involvement, and Disney Television Animation made it. And I wish they would reair shows from One Saturday Morning today. Recess was the best!

Comment: Whenever you say "I look sloppy, so you don't have to", it reminds me of The Nostalgia Critic's catchphrase and that makes me upset because he's not doing NC anymore! What a fucking let down!

Comment: If I had my way, I would force Disney to make a spin-off channel featuring vintage Disney stuff like their Saturday morning block and not show shit like Hannah Montana! And if someone wanted shows from the modern Disney shit they're showing these days, I'd say "Fuck you asshole! You don't know what entertainment is!"

Comment: Oh One Saturday Morning. Great memories, such sweet, happy memories. Along with Fox Kids and Kids WB, they were best Saturday morning blocks ever. Here's to the 90s and 2000-2002!

Comment: Disney Purchased the Fox Family Worldwide Inc. (Channels included were Fox Kids and Fox Family, along with Haim Saban's Saban Entertainment which was renamed BVS Entertainment and Fox Kids was renamed Jetix) and One Saturday Morning was renamed ABC Kids. (Dumbest Idea Ever) (Fox Family became ABC Family)

Comment: Yeah... I liked most of these shows a lot... I think probably the ones I liked best were The Weekenders, and Pepper Ann, and Buzz Lightyear of Star Command (was sad to see none of the other characters from that show made it into Toy Story 3... I kinda wanted to see a doll of the princess character) I used to like Teacher's Pet, but I grew to find it kinda... off... I REALLY HATED the movies they made of this, and of Recess... I think when the "Renaissance" ended Disney kinda went crazy, especially in terms of animation... it's like they said, "Our animated movies are not doing well... I guess everybody hates animation now!" INSANITY... Well, Disney seems to go through these "Dark Age" periods every once in a while... hopefully w/ the help of Mr. Lasseter we will start to see them come out of the one they've been in since around 2000... Yeah... I miss being a kid on Saturday morning...

Comment: "Pepper Ann": AACK! I HATE THAT SHOW! "Doug": Eh, OK. "Recess": TENDER! "Mickey Mouseworks": Again, OK, but I loved "House of Mouse" more. "The Weekenders": I guess it was OK. "Teacher's Pet": I liked the show, but the theatrical release SUCKED! "Buzz Lightyear": I guess it was OK, but as much as I love Patrick Warburton, he's no Tim Allen. "Winnie-the-Pooh": YAY! "Bugs Bunny": WTF?

Comment: You know what? Starting the day watching a film or some cartoons will fill you up with energy better than a good exercise. Based on personal experience.

Comment: I like That's So Raven, Suite Life of Zack & Cody (and suite Life on Deck) and Hannah Montana. I watch them just for laughs. As a big fan of Power Rangers from the begining I do find the current series stale and bland since Operation Overdrive. They announced that RPM will be the last series based on the Super Sentai counterpart.

Comment: I watch the current Saturday morning block on abc and it's getting on my ding-dang nerves! It's the same old shows for the past three years! I like the Replacements thought and That's So Raven. But dang-gonnit! I wish they'd put on something new! Is the economy that bad?

Comment: I never personally watched this block, but I did watch the shows on Toon Disney, and I was a fan of Teacher's Pet and Pepper Ann in particular. Now I wish they'd use the block format again, and use it to reair old classics on Disney, Nickelodeon, and Cartoon Network---just take a few hours out of either each afternoon or weekend to air reruns of canceled classics

Comment: Thank you for the comment, VMW. As stated in the video, Pepper Ann was the best original show on the block. Though, I was extremely partial to the Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show myself.

Comment: Thanks for this humorous and thoughtful tribute to the best of kids' programming! You have rekindled some great memories of watching those shows on Saturday as a kid. From that catchy opening theme to the end credits of my favorite show, Recess, One Saturday Morning remains one of my fondest childhood memories. I totally agree that Disney's shows and kids' programming in general have gone down the tubes today. I feel lucky to have been able to watch some of the last great cartoons! P.S. What was your favorite One Saturday Morning show?
