Comment: Hey Jaimetude. Speaking of the comparision between Muttfisto firery appearance to Maleficent dragon transformation is because Don Bluth was sort of involve in Disney's film Sleeping Beauty when he working as an assistant to John Lounsbery. Speaking to asserianepVor and vengaptegainc. I dont understand what your saying. To quote Capt. Rhodes from Day of the Dead "You given us a mouthful of greek salad". What is with the enternet website? It has nothing to do with this comment on this video.

Comment: 11. Never went on the ride. But thank GOD I didn't. 10. I'll stick to the Jabberwocky voiced by Christopher Lee in the 2010 version. He rocks. 9. Firebird for the WIN! 8. I never wanted to know what's behind Karen's blindfold... But I still want to know what her face looks like without it. 7. I got a good name. LEVIARLIE! (Leviathan (Sin of Envy = Jealousy + Charlie Barkins.)

Comment: It's not the Jabberwocky which is scary, it's the whole situation. Alice runs back into the house, and you think that she is safe now, but then it turns out that she is trapped behind the mirror, desperatly trying to alert her parents who don't see her. And in that situation the Jabberwocky turns up - and truthfully, everything leading up to it's appearance is scary, but as soon as you see him, the mood goes down. Truthfully, I think they would have made this the scariest scene of all time if they had just shown Alice's fear but never the thing she was afraid of.

Comment: TheVanguard009: The line was, "That which spawned from the mind of a man who spited higher mathematics certainly is worth crapping your pants." Lewis Carroll, aside from being known for writing "Alice in Wonderland," was also a mathematician who didn't like decimals and fractions too much. Sort of explains why the Mad Hatter's hat is commonly depicted with a fraction on it.

Comment: For the Jabberwocky scene, I rate it more like "Someone sneaking up behind you and say 'BOO!' " And if you thought that version Jabberwocky looked disappointing, wait until you see the version Disney was going to put in the old 50's animated movie.

Comment: @Jordan: Yes, I am aware of at least one alternate ending out there where they reveal the watcher to be an alien, but I didn't find that important to mention. Every sequence in here is long enough and I had to cut some information out. @Pan-Pizza: I am aware of another Haunted Mansion movie coming out, but like I said, the sequence was long enough. @Devon: No, I hadn't noticed. I'll make a note to ask Freud what he thinks of that. @Chris: Part two is due out near the end of April. Stay Tuned!

Comment: Am I the only one who thinks that wierd pattern in the "Watdher in the Woods" trailer (13:39-13:52) looks like an angry dog? With its little beady eyes staring at you, making you feel uncomfortably creeped out- Okay, that's enough.

Comment: Not to criticize you Jamietud, but I don't know if your aware that The Watcher in the woods had 2 alternate endings. the first one was never finished but it did have a pretty dark ending dealing with the reveal of the watcher as it had a physical appearance. The second ending, which was complete had similarities to the first one except more lighter(being owned by Disney doesn't always mean the film cross the line too far except some other films which like The original cut of The Black Cauldron and Hellfire from the Hunchback of Norte Dame). The reason why the second ending was cut was the New York preview of the movie with the Second Ending was mocked by audience and critics alike due to plot holes and cheesy effects for the Watcher's Physical form. This resulted that ending being scrapped and The original director (John Hough) was replaced with Vincent McEveety and The Film was pulled from theater s for a year to re-shoot the ending which was the final ending in the final cut. The original endings (according to the internet) can be seen as bonus feature in the unofficial release on DVD and was not included in the Disney official release leading to almost no bonus features except the trailer.

Comment: @Laughingman: I wasn't entirely aware of that situation. My whole reason for doing the introduction the way that I did was just to sort of poke fun at myself. But I saw that video and he WAS out of line for poking fun at his unibrow. Looking messy, I could understand because that can be helped. But I never noticed the unibrow before and I realize it's a genetic condition.

Comment: 11. I went on this ride when I was about 5, and it didn't really scare me that much. I did love that the original Madame Leota (the crystal ball lady) was Maleficent, one of my favorite Disney villains of all time, though they probably changed that before I went on. 10. I am not familiar with this movie, but that Jabberwock in the book illustrations DOES look pretty fucking creepy. PS, I don't care what you say, Hewy, I LOVE the Tim Burton version of Alice in Wonderland! 9. Cool sequence, but personally I don't find the Firebird as scary as Chernabog from Night on Bald Mountain. 8. Uhh...never heard of it. Looks creepy, though. And is it just me, or does the Bette Davis eyes remind anyone else of the creepy Lady Tremaine stare from Cinderella? 7. Yeah, that sequence scared me as a kid, too! Great reviews, guys! Can't wait for part 2! PS, congrats on winning "Best Land Before Time Review," Jaime! Quite an accomplishment!

Comment: The Jabberwocky, I saw that on video at my grandparents when I was ten. At that age I never thought I could be scared by something like that. Of course in hindsight, I should have thought it looked like a reject from the Godzilla movies. Yeah, the Fire Bird Suite scared me, but I was eight when I saw it. Charlie's Nightmare never scared me. It made me interested in opposites, after seeing the Heaven and Hell scenes from that movie. In movies at least. But nonetheless, I admit that it was scary at one point in my life.
