Comment: I think Disney should make another fairy tale film like this some time in the future. But rather than in New Orleans, Louisiana, they should set it in a place like Venice, Italy.

Comment: I can't believe he forgot about Lottie. I thought she was just a scream! When she hikes up the girls before going back to the party, I just about died.

Comment: There will always be critics, no matter how good a movie may be. What matters most is how much fun that movie was for you. And Disney animation rocks! If I ever write a book and Disney decides to make it a movie, I want it to be hand-drawn animation because it rocks. And I really liked the Princess and the Frog. So much that I’m gonna have it in my fanfic.

Comment: The movie is okay, I suppose, but it's really not up there too me. 1. I hated all the discussions beforehand. 2. The setting is too realistical for a fairy tale movie. 3. The songs do nothings too me. 4. I think that both of the main characters are very unlikable and the development of love between them not really convincing. 5. Still don't get how the shadowman can give all this souls away just by having the financial control over the town. 6. It's too brutal for small kids and to swallow for the older ones. Overall, I liked the message they tried to convey, but I think they tried to hard to appease all the critics with this piece.

Comment: I LOVE THIS MOVIE... I'm a little chagrinned that the academy chose "Up" for Best Picture... then again... it was very good, I just didn't think it was quite as good as this, but really close... I really want Disney to do more hand drawn movies like this... I'm a little sad Tangled is CGI... but hopefully we'll still get more hand drawn films from Disney, and from other studios as well. My only critiques for it are: Wish it was longer!!! It goes by in a flash! And... I wanted more of the villain!!! He was soooooo awesome!!! But we didn't get to see much of him... or at least, not as much as I wanted.

Comment: Keith David is also Steve's boss in the god-awful "All About Steve", Big Tim from "Requiem for a Dream", Lt. Childs from "The Thing", Mary's stepdad from "There's Something About Mary", and Lt Dixon from the Oscar-winning "Crash". Bruno Campos is known for the role of Dr. Quentin Costa from Tv series Nip/Tuck

Comment: I love this movie and I agree with what you said, but you forgot Charlotte aka Lotti. She was a comic relief as well, and a very good friend.

Comment: All right! The Princess and the Frog! An amazing movie! This movie rocks better than the full CGI movies Disney had produced. Except Bolt for you. And for the movies of the early 2000s, I actually liked a small dose of them. Like The Emperor's New Groove, Lilo and Stich, Treasure Planet and Atlantis The Lost Empire. Even Home on The Range. But what's even better is that we have a new 2D animated film and that is wonderful. And it is terriffic. I have went to see this movie with my parents near the end of 2009. And like I said, we should have more movies like this one. Like the upcoming New Winnie the Pooh movie. I am going to see it when it comes out in theatres. Although they still have time to change it's release date. But The Princess and the Frog, fantastic!

Comment: I heard that the new disney hand drawn movie, Winnie the Pooh is set to release in theatres in July 15th 2011! It's very exciting! That Fellow: Shame it's coming out the same day as the final Harry Potter. What a seriously stupid decision on their part.

Comment: Awesome review of an awesome movie! However, you forgot to mention that the directors also directed "The Great Mouse Detective," which came out before the Disney Renaissaince era but was still really damn good. AND you forgot to add Professor Ratigan (the villain of GMD) to the list of awesome Disney villain Facilier would have to contend with. In MY book, Ratigan tops all other Disney villains (including the Mistress of all Evil herself, Maleficent.) And PS: @ Robert Larsson: Tiana's friend is named Charlotte. And I agree, she's REALLY a funny addition to the movie.

Comment: I really hope this film is good.I haven't seen it yet but I hope it is as good as you said and return for hand-drawn animation. P.S. Don't get me wrong cgi animation is good. But it is becoming over-rated which is why I hope there will be hand-drawn animated movies.

Comment: The Princess and the Frog was fantastic but if I have to pick just one thing that i realy liket about it was the carachters. every carachter goes right in to the heart for me , it is impossible to pick a fav. Dr.Facillie:a very cool villain but I would probebly not put him upp together with Scar becose when you think about it, Facillie is kind on the street level. Tiana:Black or green,I love her. Naveen:defenetly the strongest male carachter in any Disney movie. Ray:I almost cry in the end! Tianīs Friend:Forgot her name but not her hillarious time in the movie.I love all the works by the directors exept for Aladdin! I have two questions to YOU! what do you think if The Princess and the Frog was CGI? and what is your expentasions for Rapunzel?

Comment: Those are pretty much spot-on my thoughts. I absolutely loved The Princess and the Frog and it deserved to stands up along with The Little Mermaid and Pinocchio as one of Disney's greatest classics. Beautiful animation, terrific voice-cast, excellent songs, a touching story. Need I ask for more?
