Comment: The 1970s was my mother's, the Empress of Toons, favorite decade for Disney. So much so that she can't decide her favorite film of that decade. For me, it would have to be the first Winnie-The-Pooh movie. As for the Rescuers movie series, the two movies are (at least in my opinion) tied.

Comment: This got a rating of 84% at Rotten Tomatoes which is higher than the sequel's rating. BTW the use of Benny hill Show theme is just overkill. I've seen Nostalgia Critic, Todd In The Shadows and Spoony do a better job than you do.

Comment: Oh yes. The Rescuers. I love this movie. It's been over 9 years since I finally got to see the whole movie. Well, it was one of the better times for me back then. I love this movie a lot along with the Great Mouse Detective back in that year. But before then, I didn't see it very much. I especially like the girl, Penny in this movie. She was cute. Oh yeah, I agree with you on Madam Medusa. A little fact: She is based on Milt Khal's Ex-wife, whom he didn't particulary like. Hmm, basing villians off of people you hate. I should do that. Another fact: Jim Jordan is more famous for his radio series, Fibber McGee and Molly. Oh yeah, I also thought Mr. Snoops was actually somewhat funny. Oh, and the songs are really good, mostly Tomorrow is another day. And of course, there are many tearjerking honorable mentions you should make. Oh one more thing, I never heard about the infamous photo until I looked it up on wikipedia a few years ago. Ah, well. Well, it's a good movie, and should be rediscovered again. I like it.

Comment: I loved as a kid and still love today. The story is good, the characters a memorable and the humour and jokes never get old. I give it 5 stars out of 5 mostly because I'm a big Disney fan and I highly reccomend it for any Disney fan and animation fan. The incident with the naked woman in the window occured with the 1999 VHS release not the theatrical release, thankfully Disney did a recall. Also they used stock animation from The Jungle Book where Penny escapes from the river boat.

Comment: This is a very good movie. I love Bianca and how she's voiced by the same actress who voiced Duchess from Aristocats. But honestly, I wasn't too impressed with Madame Medusa; I thought she was kind of a weak villain. Sure it was evil of her to use Penny to try and get the Devil's Eye, but I've seen Disney villains do worse (cursing babies, stealing voices, feeding drunks to cats and killing their brothers to name a few - try and guess which villains I just described!). And yeah, "Someone" always makes me cry! Great review, Hewy! BTW, could you pretty please do a review of "The Great Mouse Detective"? I know I've asked for one about a bajillion times in the past, but it's one of my favorite Disney movies and I'd LOVE to see a review of it! That Fellow: You'll pleased to know that Hewy is, in fact, planning on doing a review of The Great Mouse Detective by the end of the year.
